We are a growing international, private cosmetic training company looking to hire a part-time Training Administrator on a permanent basis to join our head office team based in Hastings, East Sussex.
You will be part of a lively and enthusiastic team based at our offices in Hastings town centre where we handle all enquiries for our international training academies and private Harley Street clinic. The role will involve communicating with customers via telephone, email and through social media. You will be answering questions and providing information on our training courses and cosmetic model treatments as well as helping customers to make bookings. You will also be processing orders and supporting the rest of the team with any other ad hoc admin tasks.
Your standard working hours will be Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 09:00 – 17:30. There may also be the option of additional hours available to cover sickness and holiday.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar customer facing role with excellent customer service skills. You will also need to be a good team player and be competent in using Microsoft Office and similar applications.
