Dr Jonny Betteridge is the founder of JB Aesthetics and a medical aesthetics doctor with experience in Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care and Anaesthetics. Since launching his aesthetics business at the end of 2018, Jonny steadily built a loyal following of over 35,000 across Instagram and TikTok. In 2022, he made the decision to step away from the NHS and dedicate himself fully to his business. That’s when he began working with Laura, and together they’ve grown his online presence to over 500,000 followers. Jonny brings a unique perspective as a medical professional who has successfully harnessed the power of social media to elevate his brand, connect with patients and grow a thriving practice.
Laura Ridgers is a London based social media strategist with over a decade of experience helping brands, creators and small businesses thrive online. She began her career in the travel industry as a Social Media and Content Executive at TUI, managing the social presence of four adventure travel brands. Later, she led the social media and influencer strategy at Canon UK as their first social media hire for the UK and Ireland. In early 2020, Laura launched her own consultancy, Influence Tomorrow, where she specialises in content and influencer strategy for both individuals and businesses. She’s also built her own engaged community of more than 95,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, showing firsthand that she practices what she teaches.
Together, Jonny and Laura bring a powerful combination of strategic insight and hands-on experience to the world of aesthetic marketing. Having worked side by side since October 2022, they’ve built a seamless partnership grounded in trust, creativity, and results. What began as collaboration on Jonny’s own account has grown into a shared mission: to empower aesthetic medical professionals to show up online with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
