Non-Surgical Trainer
Dr Sanah Qasem is the Chair of the Derma Medical panel and an NHS Doctor. She is also an Aesthetic injector performing the latest basic and advanced neurotoxin (Botox), Dermal filler treatments, Silhouette one-stitch face lifts, chemical skin peels/rejuvenating therapies and intra-lipotherapy body sculpting treatments. She divides her aesthetic work between busy clinics in Harley Street and Euston in London and works for the UK’s leading Aesthetic company – Transform Medical Group. Dr Qasem is also a board member of Teoxane’s Educational Steering Committee – an organization committed to raising standards of training and education in cosmetic injectables and safety in practice worldwide. She is also a Medical Advisory board member for the aesthetic production company – Intraline.
Dr Qasem graduated from medical school with distinctions and has been awarded prizes for academic and clinical excellence, as well as receiving merits for Teaching and Leadership. Alongside this, she has been chosen twice as the Teaching lead for trainee doctors across trusts in South East England. It is her experience in clinical education with her knowledge and passion for Aesthetic medicine that has led her to become a non-surgical trainer at Derma Medical.
Dr Qasem is a talented injector, using her individual techniques and developing landmarks to teach the latest techniques in as many as 18 different commonly requested treatments. Her honest and quality-driven approach with her attention to detail sets her apart as a practitioner in this field.
Mr Matthew Pywell is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and the Clinical Director of Derma Medical. He has been awarded multiple clinical distinctions including the Ian McGregor medal for the best implementation of clinical knowledge at FRCS(Plast) and a Distinction in Medical Education from the University of Karolinska, Stockholm.
He has a special interest in holistic wellbeing and runs a joint clinic with Nutritionists, Personal Trainers and Life Coaches, providing holistic improvement plans to those interested in looking and feeling their best. He also provides the full range of plastic surgery services at his clinic on Harley Street.
Anne Marie has a wealth of knowledge of the Aesthetic Industry. Having worked for one of the UK’s largest providers for over a decade her experience is second to none in this field.
Her past positions include a wide breadth of multifunctional senior roles where she has been accountable for the formation, management and growth of the non-surgical business. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day non-surgical function of 25 clinics, she specializes in new Clinic openings, recruitment and training of Clinic Staff, and of course extensive product knowledge. She also has a creative marketing flair which has proved invaluable in the past to promote non-surgical products and treatments.
Anne Marie also managed a very successful large flagship Clinic and therefore fully understands the importance of the ‘patient journey’, including consultations, managing the patient’s expectations, following best practices and overseeing patient aftercare. She believes her ‘hands-on’ approach has always been the key to her success.
She has attended many conferences and training sessions both in the UK and abroad and as a result, has extensive contacts within the Industry.
She is happy to share her knowledge and advise and support delegates considering starting their own business or indeed applying to one of the larger corporates.
Clinical lead
Dr Chike Emeagi MBBS MRCS MBA PGCert (Aes Med), obtained his Medical Degree from St Bartholomew’s and The London Hospitals School of Medicine and Dentistry. He also holds a Business Degree from Imperial Business School.
Dr Emeagi started his clinical career in Surgery with his training covering General Surgery, Burn’s Trauma Intensive Care, Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics. He was an Anatomy Demonstrator to Medical Students at Cambridge University for 6 months and is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS).
He is a fully qualified and experienced Aesthetic Doctor, and has completed Advanced and Masterclass training in Aesthetic Facial Rejuvenation Techniques and Essential Skin Health Therapies. He has a broad based Aesthetic experience having worked within the Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group as well as Destination Skin.
Dr Emeagi is currently pursuing a Masters (MSc) in Aesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary, University of London, where his areas of interest include natural facial contouring and volume replacement procedures especially non-surgical face-lift techniques.
Doctor Natasha Murcott is a fully trained and experienced Aesthetic Dental Surgeon, Medical Grade Skincare professional and Advanced Aesthetic Trainer. She has established her own clinics in Central London, Birmingham and Hertford.
Natasha graduated from the University of Birmingham and has worked in Central London as a Private and NHS Dentist. She has attended multiple advanced and masterclass training courses and is finalising her Level 7 Qualification in Facial Injectables in order to assess, advise and provide the looks you desire safely and effectively.
Natasha’s aim is to promote natural enhancements for all age ranges, to change the public perception of medical aesthetics.As a trainer, she aims to help delegates achieve confidence in their skills and develop their aesthetic eye in a calm and comfortable environment.
Non-surgical Trainer
Dr Bassam Band, MBChB BSc MRCGP graduated from the University of St Andrews and the University of Manchester.
He went on to complete his foundation training in North East Thames where he supported in various teaching roles for medical students and also presenting his academic work at various international conferences and peer-reviewed journals.
Dr Band thoroughly enjoyed gaining experience in aesthetics through various masterclasses and worked at clinics in London and Surrey whilst completing his GP training.
He now works in aesthetics full time from the Dr Band Clinic in Harley Street, London and Guildford.
Non-surgical Trainer
Dr Rami Khalil is a graduate of the University of Liverpool Medical school. He has worked as an NHS Doctor in the North Central Thames deanery as well as travelling overseas to provide medical aid at various refugee camps worldwide.
He is an experienced aesthetic practitioner who holds certification in basic, advanced and even masterclass techniques. After completing his training he began providing successful mobile aesthetic services and has generated a large following of clients particularly in Essex and East London. In 2017 he will be spreading his practice to West London where he has a brand new state of the art clinic opening.
Dr Rami has been a key contributor to Derma Medical from our origins as a clinical co-ordinator and teaching assistant. He functions as a designated medical prescriber for non-prescriber delegates and utilises his experience and friendly nature to ensure that all our delegates and models have the best training experience every time.
Non-Surgical Trainer
Dr Richard is dual qualified as both a Doctor and Dental Surgeon. He first graduated from Medicine at St George’s University of London and then Dentistry at King’s College London.
His career has always been focused around an interest of the Head & Neck area, leading to many years of experience in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery and ENT surgery.
He has translated his knowledge and skills well into providing full Facial Artistry, specifically through Aesthetics, Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Implant Surgery.
Dr Richard is fully trained in all levels of Foundation, Advanced and Masterclass techniques by Derma Medical, going on to join the team as a clinical trainer. His defining principle is always to combine artistic skills with a comforting and calm manner, to create the best experience for his patients and students

Dr Kaywaan is the co-founder & director of Hannah London Medispa, an aesthetic clinic based in Colindale and Harley Street. He graduated from Imperial College London with distinction star in Medicine (MBBS) and First-class in Pharmacology BSc. As well as being a prize-winning student, he has presented research at international conferences and has been published in peer-reviewed journals.
As a doctor that works in both the NHS and the aesthetic industry, he is an advocate for a preventative approach to health and well-being, thus bringing the two disciplines together. Within aesthetics, as well as managing a team of aestheticians and training other doctors to administer treatments, he combines the use of injectables and topical skin care to enhance the profile, while preventing and reducing the visible signs of the ageing process.

Dr Sabina Hanoman-Singh MBChB MRCGp obtained her Medical Degree from The University of Leicester in 2013.
She has advanced training in aesthetic medicine through Derma medical as well as undertaking the Level 7 postgrad in aesthetic medicine. She founded Dr Sabina Aesthetics, a successful private clinic in London where she works alongside her NHS commitments as a GP.
Dr Sabina has a passion for creative aesthetic medicine practiced safely and has a bigger passion for teaching this which has led her to become a non-surgical trainer with Derma medical in London.

Melanie’s special interest in cosmetic dentistry techniques and facial aesthetics procedures has led her to incorporate a dentofacial harmonisation outlook when working with patients. Having originally trained in facial aesthetics on Harley St, Melanie has continuously attended further training with top market brands such as Allergan, Teoxane, Wigmore Medical and Sinclair Pharma to expand her knowledge within the field of facial rejuvenation and cosmetic enhancement procedures.
Melanie has been providing anti-wrinkle and facial treatments since 2014 in private practices throughout Central and West End London and most recently in Portugal. The area of non-surgical injectable treatments is quickly evolving and she regularly attends conferences and seminars for the latest techniques, products, procedures and trends.
She is passionate about all aspects of cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics which has led to her global view on dento facial harmonisation which includes profile balancing using a combination of advanced techniques in facial sculpting in order to achieve the best aesthetic outcome.
Melanie prefers a gradual approach to treatments, enhancing features incrementally, whilst educating her patients along the way. This allows for safe and natural results. Many popular celebrity looks may not be ideal for everyone and this is something she discusses thoroughly with each patient in order to understand not only the patients desired results but to also explain options and outcomes.
Dr Castelhano is excited to work alongside Derma Medical representing them in Portugal and England as a trainer for doctors and dentists in the latest non-surgical cosmetic enhancement techniques.
Hi, I’m Dr Becky, a GP by background and a trainer for Derma Medical for over 4 years. I’ve been practising advanced aesthetic treatments for the last 8 years, and have my own clinics in Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. I love sharing my passion and knowledge with other medical professionals, and supporting them in their aesthetic careers going forwards.
Dr Jas Purba, a graduate of Glasgow Dental School, is a passionate general practitioner with a keen interest in facial aesthetic rejuvenation and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr Rebecca has been a full time aesthetic doctor for ten years and has a background as an anaesthetist. She runs her own busy clinic on the South Coast of England near Brighton. Her passion is for natural, full facial rejuvenation and she specialises in treatment of patients over 30.

Dr Rakib Uddin is a Medical qualified doctor from University of Queensland, Brisbane
He is currently working part time as an emergency registrar while completing his Aesthetic medicine fellowship via Australasian college of cosmetic surgery and Medicine (ACCSM)
Dr Rakib has travelled overseas and worked with various surgeons/ dermatologist to learn newer techniques in non-surgical aesthetics. He attends conferences locally and internationally to keep UpToDate with the latest trend in Aesthetics. Currently he is working from two clinics in Melbourne, Australia.
Dr Rakib always had a keen interest in anatomy and has taught medical students in university. He completed a surgical anatomy diploma from Queensland University of Technology. He believes that aesthetic medicine has revolutionised the way we practise medicine by adding the goal of beauty, improving quality of life, physiological well-being and social engagement.
