The Level 7 Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine package is perfect for medical professionals looking to train in botulinum toxin and dermal fillers and receive a formal qualification. The level 7 course is designed to comply with the latest HEE & GMC guidelines for aesthetic medicine – allowing you to get ahead of regulation and demonstrate your competence through written and practical assessments. By booking all 3 stages in a package you save 10% on course fees and have the first option on upcoming Stage 2 and Stage 3 dates.

In 2016 Health Education England (HEE) published guidelines to improve, standardise and regulate the training available to practitioners who carry out non-surgical cosmetic procedures, such as botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels and laser treatments. Whilst these guidelines have not become a mandatory requirement, the JCCP are now creating a register of Level 7 professionals which the public can search when choosing their aesthetic practitioner.

The Level 7 course starts with our foundation training day. Here you will learn the most common botox and dermal fillers treatments and spend the whole afternoon injecting live cosmetic models. The foundation course allows you to start practising immediately after training and you will receive a CPD accredited certificate allowing you to get cosmetic indemnity insurance, order products and start treating patients. We also have a business section to the course, helping you to get a job or set up your own clinic or mobile practice.

After the foundation day, we organise stage 2 and stage 3 dates to complete the level 7 qualification. These two parts typically take 6-18 months to complete – depending on your own timescales. In Stage 2 we organise 5 Supervised Treatment Days to allow further practical training on live cosmetic models. We build the required portfolio needed for final submission. In Stage 3 you complete written coursework and attend a practical OSCE assessment day.

Upon successful completion of training, our delegates will receive an accredited level 7 qualification in aesthetic injectables which is regulated by the government’s office of qualifications OFQUAL.

Booking one of our Level 7 packages will save you 10% on the usual booking price. You will also have the first option to book in on upcoming Stage 2 and Stage 3 dates.

Stage 1 – Foundation Day

The first stage is our 1-day foundation botox and dermal fillers course. Completing this course will equip you with the knowledge and skill to carry out the most commonly requested facial aesthetic injectable treatments. Online reading materials will be provided in advance of the course so that on the day, this will simply be re-enforced, enabling us to focus more on the practical hands-on training.

Your comprehensive hands-on training will be supervised by highly-skilled and experienced aesthetic trainers in small groups to maximize retention of knowledge. Plenty of time is allocated to this part of the day, so that you are confident to practice independently afterwards.
