Level 7 Certificate in Injectables for Aesthetic Medicine
The Level 7 Certificate in Injectables for Aesthetic Medicine is a qualification for new and existing aesthetic injectors practicing in Botox and Dermal Fillers. It has been designed to comply with the new HEE & GMC guidelines for aesthetic medicine.
In January 2016 Health Education England published two reports aimed at improving, standardising and regulating the training available to practitioners who carry out non-surgical cosmetic procedures, such as Botox, Dermal fillers, Chemical Peels and laser treatments.
Part Two of the 2016 HEE requirements gives the deadline of September 2018 for practitioners to complete this Level 7 qualification. There will be a phased implementation to ensure new practitioners meet these requirements and existing practitioners can demonstrate them.
Derma Medical offer an accredited modular 3 stage course regulated by Ofqual. This Level 7 Certificate in Injectables for Aesthetic Medicine meets all HEE guidelines and is suitable for both new and experienced practitioners. There are various entry points depending on your level of experience (Beginners, Inexperienced and Experienced practitioners) with policies for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
