We are a Doctor led aesthetic training company running cosmetic training courses internationally. We run courses in London every week as well as regular clinic days in our Harley Street clinic. Experience in a similar role within the aesthetics industry is essential.
Overall responsible for the Co-ordinating function in London and other UK venues both for training days and Clinic days.
Manage the team of Co-ordinators and be the ‘go to’ person for any Co-ordinating issues.
Communicate with the Operations team with information and points requiring action
Ensuring all co-ordinators reach and maintain the standards required by the Company to fulfil the role
Responsible for the Induction and Training of new coordinators
Regular appraisal of co-ordinators with feedback to the Managing Director
Ensure good relations are maintained for the training and clinic venues
Liaison with Derma Medical Operations staff in relation to catering/room allocation
Ensure consistency of the preparation for training days:- room set up, completion of paperwork & phone calls
Responsible for ensuring any issues occurring are reported to the relevant person post training day
Overall responsible for the stock requirements for both Training and Clinic
Identify and fulfil any training needs with regards to the CRM system and
Update Training Day manuals as and when required.
Regular communication with the Operations team (weekly calls)
Clinic days – be the point of contact throughout the day
Be pro-active and improvise whenever necessary in response to issues occurring on training days
Salary & Hours
Full-time position, however, would consider a job share. Must be flexible and be prepared to work either two weekends per month or 4 weekend days per month and some evenings (when covering clinic days)
Salary of £28,500, 4 weeks holiday plus lieu time for bank holidays.
