Jennifer has been a leader in the hospitality industry for 30 years.  Until the sale of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) Jennifer was President of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and was responsible for the luxury brand’s global hotel portfolio in addition to being responsible for operations of the Raffles and Swissotel brands outside of North America. With an extensive background in hotel operations, branding and marketing, Jennifer was responsible for operations, product and service strategy, global brand development, human resources, owner relations and development.

Prior to joining Fairmont, Jennifer spent 10 years at InterContinental Hotels Group, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Europe (which includes North Africa, Russia and the former CIS). With responsibility for 45 managed, owned & leased hotels and a further 17 under development, Jennifer’s region delivered $1B in revenues. Jennifer joined IHG in 2001 to rebrand the Regent Hong Kong following IHG’s acquisition of this strategically important asset. As Managing Director, Jennifer led the successful repositioning of this hotel to deliver the financial and strategic goals of the acquisition. In 2003, Jennifer transferred to IHG headquarters as SVP, Global Brand Management for InterContinental Hotels and Resorts and was responsible for developing the team, driving the new InterContinental brand essence, positioning and the employee engagement program, brand advertising and brand standards which supported the new positioning.

Prior to joining IHG, Jennifer held various  positions of Global Brand Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. During her 13 years at ITT Sheraton/Starwood, Jennifer held several senior management roles, including General Manager, Hotel Manager and Director of Marketing positions.

Jennifer has over 30 years of global experience having worked and lived in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Europe and Australia. She has strong international experience in North America, Asia-Pacific, China, Europe, Africa, India, Middle East and Australia.

Jennifer was a Non-Executive Director of Village Roadshow (ASX-VRL) from 2015 until the private equity acquisition in 2021.

Jennifer is committed to charitable causes and has been a member of the Tiffany Circle, British Red Cross.  The Tiffany Circle is group of women who support the Red Cross globally.  There are 1,100 members globally who commit time, expertise and funding to launch programs that help the disadvantaged with a focus on women and children.  Jennifer is a lifetime member and has been so since 2014.

Jennifer holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the International School of Management in Paris, France, and an MBA from Baylor University, Texas USA and has completed a marketing certificate program at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia
