CORE REQUIREMENTS (Baseline):

• Up-to-date clinical knowledge in aesthetic medicine
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to teach the ‘Derma Way’ consistently
• Professional, supportive, team-focused conduct
• Strong brand representation with no conflicts of interest
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 training sessions per year

ELEVATED ATTRIBUTES (Highly desirable):

• Strong advocacy for Derma Medical
• Involvement in educational content, conferences, thought leadership
• Evidence of sustained CPD and career progression
• Willingness to support events, webinars, and pilot projects
• Consistently high patient and delegate feedback
